The exhibition Ipomée, inaugurated as part of the Brussels Gallery Weekend, brings together a series of historical works presented in the museums of Dunkirk, Bethune and Le Touquet in 2016 – 2017. They are confronted with a set of recent works on tarpaulin and paintings. Some of them will be included in the retrospective organized at the Musée Fabre in Montpellier from January 2018. Ipomée traces the evolution of Meurice’s painting from the beginning of the 1980s, with the appearance of leaves, branches and flowers: the ipomées.
