ELSA & JOHANNA : MEETING AND SPECIAL OPENING

Galerie La Forest Divonne invites you to meet Johanna from the photography duo Elsa & Johanna to discuss their new chapter “The Blurring Days” from Elsa & Johanna’s photography series “The Timeless Story of Moormerland”, until 2 December 2023.

Produced in Germany in May 2021, Elsa & Johanna conceived The Timeless Story of Moormerland as a family album, combining indoor portraits, spontaneous photographs, landscapes and still lifes to create multiple visual narratives.
The two artists spent four weeks travelling around twenty different regions of Germany. Moormerland is a small German town near the Dutch border that particularly captivated them.
